Looking for a result driven leader with at least 10 years’ extensive experience in Retail, Commercial & Foodservice Sales with a proven track record of business success achieved through strong general management skills, effective communication, strong financial acumen and strategic leadership.

We need someone able to quickly adapt to business challenges and motivate others to deliver and to exceed business expectations. Experience with creating K.P.I.s, Analytics and Metrics are needed!

This highly successful sales professional with excellent Leadership skills must have innovative presentation skills and negotiating experience. A strong track record of contributions using business-to-business sales strategies and follow through. Able to establish relationships and communicate effectively at all levels including internally with operations and product development.  Works well independently or within a group and takes initiative readily. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Required Experience and Education: Candidates without Food related sales experience will not be considered.

  • Minimum 10+ years entrepreneurial Manager experience at a Regional level or higher, with a solid sales history in the fresh food industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Food Science or Marketing
  • Solid record of achieving financial results
  • Willingness to continually improve performance and refine sales strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a very fast paced, demanding environment. Goal-driven with the ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent planning and management capabilities, with a strong emphasis on sales pipeline development and performance metrics.
  • Experience costing products and adjusting for sales volume
  • Experience with common inventory controls, shipping & receiving routines
  • Experience working with regulatory agencies

Required Knowledge, Skills and Ability:

  • Ability to travel up to 80% of the time.
  • Ability to forecast, budget and create and effective sales plan in an expanding market
  • Ability to manage a team and motivate others in a proactive manner
  • Must be goal-driven with the ability to multi-task
  • Strong project management, organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical and evaluative skills.
  • Knowledge of common costing models and report functions
  • Ability to communicate effectively, build rapport with clients and forge new business relationships in the food industry
  • Must be able to work independently and with a team to achieve results
