This leading agtech company provides precision ag farming technology that helps growers mitigate risks for permanent crops.  They utilize big data analytics to help farming companies manage key areas, such as irrigation, pests, and disease.  Their tech improves sustainability, reduces inputs, and increases the value of harvests.

They are continuing to expand in California, creating opportunities for driven, relationship-focused individuals to join their team.  As a sales team member, you will help build on their award-winning success, win new accounts, and expand our business with existing customers.


An experienced sales professional who lives in the south San Joaquin Valley.   Sales experts motivated by meaningful work, who want to be a part of a dynamic, growing company that finds solutions to real-life problems.  Who can take care of existing customers, and expand sales and share in their target crop markets.  Help prospects with limited exposure to technology understand how these terrific systems can improve their results.

Seeking sales experts who bring a deep understanding of the challenges growers face in producing a great crop, and work in or have studied agriculture.  A master relationship builder who understands a solution sales process and has a talent for discovering and helping customers achieve their objectives.


We want you to succeed, so you will need:

  • Solid track record of sales performance and quota over-achievement
  • Exceptional level of enthusiasm, persistence and energy
  • Experience in the commercial tree nut or vine industry in California.
  • Competitive nature and desire to excel
  • A high level of organization and strategic thinking skills
  • Competency with computer technology
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the state
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Agronomy or related field (Horticulture or other)

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of technologies used in commercial agriculture
  • Outside/territory sales experience, prospecting, new business development, experience calling on farming operations
  • Experience maintaining productivity while working alone
  • An established network of professionals in the industry
  • Knowledge of the use of mating disruption for pest control in key California crops
