Regional Operations Manager – Texas

An established and growing produce company is seeking a Regional Operations Manager for their facilities in Texas. This position will be responsible for providing leadership, motivation, and inspiration for team.
Oversee production, procedures, and profit goals
Responsible for food safety, logistics and operations
Compile and analyze reports for key financial and performance data
Revue, develop and implement strategy to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining safe and profitable sites
Develops annual budget and production plans
Ensure operations meet key performance metrics
Oversees maintenance of the sites and keep equipment at optimal operational condition
Leads and directs continuous improvement teams and projects
Make hiring decisions
Stay up to date with evolving industry technology in equipment and food safety solutions.
Minimum of 5-10 years of perishable food manufacturing, logistics, and plant operations
Bachelor’s degree or higher in related studies
Outstanding leadership skills
Bilingual in English/Spanish
Superior organizational skills including: time management, planning, scheduling, and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license
