Regional Sales Account Manager – Ohio

The overall purpose of the Regional Account Manager is to increase the market share in the North American region and to maximize customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction should be delivered by offering the customer the right product solution to maximize their efficiency and utilization.
Develop personal customer relationships with existing customers
Search actively for new dealers, resellers, distributors and end user customers
Identify, analyze and actively process leads and visit selected prospects
Submit quotations and follow through with prospects to deliver right product solutions
Join and attend local industry organizations and public initiative
Execute sales commitments with existing and new customers based on customer requests, price level, competition and sales potential
Create solutions to build, redevelop and improve new and/or existing products for customers
Generate ideas for expanding or updating new and/or existing products for customers
At least 5 years of practical sales experience in the horticultural sector or technical equipment
Preferred higher professional education supplemented with various technical courses in the field of automation, networking or measurement- and control technology and in possession of required certificates
Preferred 2- 5 years of practical experience in the field of electro-technical plants, water equipment, process automation or measurement- and control technology and automated stock records
Practical knowledge of automation, networking, software, etc.
Diagnostic, analytical, communicative and social skills.
