- This Importer / Distributor has a global network, diverse commodity line and several worldwide divisions.
- This role will shape the sales & sourcing organization and scale revenue and profits to the next level.
- Position responsible for strategic sales & sourcing leadership and revenue delivery across all lines of business.
- Customer service, company culture and a team-minded approach are very important in this organization.
- Reporting directly to ownership, this role will take this rapidly going organization to the next level and beyond.
- Our client is located in the Western U.S but is open to remote-based talent.
Position Responsibilities Include
- Oversee all business development and execution of sales strategies.
- Create and execute dept. strategies to achieve revenue and profit goals.
- Lead company sales mgt. to achieve sales and profit objectives and collaborate closely with ownership.
- Design and/or revamp inter-division business strategies and guidelines.
- Identify strategic opportunities and provide input into how new products integrate into the business model.
Required Experience & Qualifications Include
- Experience in a highly strategic leadership role. With a track record establishing and executing critical plans.
- 7+ years of executive sales leadership experience.
- Experience working in a global / multinational fresh produce organization.
- Multi-lingual preferred.
- College degree (B.A. /B.S.) in related fields of study desired. (Graduate degree preferred)
