Purpose of the Job:
The Manager: South & South Western USA is responsible for the identification of Fruit & Nuts customers (focused on Pecans) as well as for the implementation of effective customer strategy to win Fruit & Nuts customers (Pecan focused). Also, to maintain and provide excellent service to all existing clients who are not Pecans clients.
This individual is responsible for generating revenue growth & profitability and aligning with cross-functional teams & other streams to deliver incremental value for Fruit & Nuts & other customers.

– Custodian of Fruit & Nuts customer relationships in South & South Western USA [reputation]

– Achieve revenue & profitability targets aligned with forecasts
– Understand and optimize the Fruit & Nuts customer decision journey so as to minimize spend & resources and maximize purchases & repurchases
– Maintain Fruit & Nuts customer enjoyment of the post-purchase experience at all times
– Provide customers with required material to advocate for the company internally and in the industry
– Bond with Fruit & Nuts customers and develop customer empathy
– Manage and negotiate revenue growth and increasing profitability of customer repurchases
– Bond with customers and build long-term business value
– Proactively practice and consistently demonstrate the company’s core values in all aspects of the role
Relationships:
– Build trusted relationships with key customers
– Uncover & document new customer needs and to maintain customer satisfaction so as to co-develop products with customers if appropriate
– Actively develop relationships with the Fruit & Nuts cross-functional team
Leadership:
– Take responsibility and ownership when working alongside cross functional teams
– Lead by example
Customer service:
– Customer service: maintain a high level of service to customers (internal and external) according to the service standards as set by the company
– Technical advice and other assistance over and above the normal duties. Manage and personally resolve queries and complaints
