The plant manager will be responsible to plan, manage and execute all phases of plant operations. This includes production, quality control, packing, maintenance, receiving and shipping. Including facility/physical plant up-keep and capital improvements. The plant manager must ensure the production schedule is executed in a timely manner and within all quality parameters. Strive to improve all facets of operations including production efficiency, workplace safety, environmental consciousness, reduction of product waste/shrink, food safety and cleanliness, using training and appropriate metrics to track progress. Oversee workplace safety and food safety policies and practices.
