Southeast Postharvest Sales Specialist– South Florida

  • This role will be responsible for growing sales and servicing existing customers in the South East USA and DR.

Position Responsibilities Include

  • Promote new offerings and technical ‘after sales service’ to Growers, importers, packers in the Southeastern US Territory.
  • Generate and qualify sales leads.
  • Monitor and analyze market conditions and generate reports as needed.
  • Travel will vary but expectations of up to ~40% (both domestic & international).

Required Experience & Qualifications Include

  • Previous experience in the fresh produce/ packaging industry REQUIRED (Industry supplier background preferred).
  • 3+ years of consultative/technical sales experience strongly desired.
  • Strong knowledge of fresh produce industry supply chain.
  • Bilingual in English / Spanish preferred, but not required.
  • College degree (Bachelors or higher) in Horticulture/Agriculture/Science or related fields of study.
