We are representing a well-established grower/shipper/packer located in the SW that is searching for a Regional Sales Manager to join their team.  This position will focus on selling to specialty/ethnic retail stores in the SW. This position will also be accountable for wholesale and foodservice clients ranging from AZ-TX.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with strong business/economics/marketing background
  • 5 + years of experience in sales. Produce sales experience strongly preferred.
  • A proven track record in fresh fruit and/or vegetables sales.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to make sound decisions and solve problems
  • Self-starter who has the passion and determination to work hard and meet or exceed goals
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and initiative within general company guidelines
  • Bilingual-English/Spanish preferred.
  • Travel 20-25%.

Compensation: DOE + Bonus. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k
