Eric utilizes his strong research skills to source top talent in the fresh produce, food processing, and related agribusiness industries. He collaborates with the recruiters at Produce Careers to develop sourcing strategy, craft impactful outreach, and match great people with great opportunities.

Eric’s professional background is in vocational expert services and career coaching. In past roles, he helped clients navigate career transitions and synthesized labor market information to settle employability and earning capacity issues for family law matters.

Eric received his B.A. in Psychology from University of California, Santa Barbara where he conducted research on the effects of stress on category learning in collaboration with the Computational Neuroscience Department. When he is not working, you can find Eric playing guitar, surfing, and hiking California’s Central Coast.
