Rich Lentz

Rich helps candidates and clients across many position categories including sales, operations, and finance. Handling all areas of the recruiting process, his expertise extends throughout the food, produce, and agriculture industries.

Prior to Produce Careers, Rich worked extensively in the healthcare staffing and home health sectors. With Maxim Healthcare Services, his areas of focus included four years healthcare recruiting experience, six years in staffing operations management, and six years in sales, marketing and business development. He was a three-time Winner’s Circle Award Winner. He thoroughly enjoys helping organizations strengthen their teams, as well as helping individuals achieve their own personal and professional goals.

Rich achieved his Bachelor’s in Telecommunications from Ball State University in Indiana.

Rich enjoys volunteering for causes such as the American Cancer Society, Big Brothers & Big Sisters of Central Indiana, and the Indiana Special Olympics, among others. He enjoys sports, home improvement projects and raising his young, growing family.
