Tami Lister

Tami is Produce Careers’ very first employee, helping Dave establish the company and getting the organization started. Since 1999, she has handled many functions and responsibilities including business development, client management, full life cycle recruiting, sourcing, and talent acquisition. Tami has placed C-Suite leaders and important team members through all job categories and disciplines with multi-national, medium sized, and start-up companies. She possesses a deep understanding of the fresh produce industry as well as food processing, farming, and other areas of agribusiness.

Before being a key contributor at Produce Careers, Tami was a Project Site Manager and Technical Recruiter within the nuclear power industry where she managed staffing contracts at nuclear energy facilities in California, Texas, and Connecticut.

Tami achieved her B.S. in Business Administration at Fresno State. She enjoys travel, fly fishing, camping and spending time with friends and extended family.
